SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 lb. lean pork shoulder, cut in 2" x 1/2" strips or pork tenderloin, cut in 1/2" slices (much easier)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice

Dip pieces of pork in flour, salt and pepper mix. Brown pork in drippings. Add 1/2 cup water when brown and simmer 30 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients, add to pork and simmer slowly for 30 minutes more. Serves 4.
