SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS 
6 chops (loin or shoulder)
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix ginger, salt, pepper, paprika, flour together. Coat both sides of chops in this mixture. Brown chops in oil. Then pour in pineapple juice and vinegar. Sprinkle with sugar. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes or until chops are tender.
