SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 center cut pork chips, about 1 inch thick

In a 1 quart saucepan, combine cornstarch, corn syrup, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let boil 1 minute. Grill pork chops 6 inches from source of heat, turning frequently for 30 minutes. Brush with sauce. Grill, brushing with sauce and turning frequently, 15-30 minutes longer or until pork is tender and cooked through. Reheat remaining sauce and serve with chops.
