SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. boneless pork shoulder, cut in 1 inch cubes OR leftover pork, cut in cubes
1 tbsp. flour
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom gravy
1/4 c. thin sliced onions
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
Cooked rice or noodles

Flour and cook pork in shortening. Cook longer if using uncooked pork. Add all ingredients except pineapple and green peppers. Cook until nicely thickened. Add green peppers and pineapple and cook additional 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
