CRANBERRY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. wheat bran flakes
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, broken
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. orange juice
1 c. halved cranberries
1 egg

In large mixing bowl combine flour, bran flakes, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda and nuts. Set aside. In small bowl beat egg until frothy, add oil, orange juice and cranberries. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
