CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. whole
Wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together the butter and the honey. Add eggs, orange juice and peel. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Slowly, add the dry ingredients to the butter honey mixture. Fold in the cranberries; then the walnuts. Bake in an oiled, floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
