CRANBERRY BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten before
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. instant or 1/4 c. milk powder
2-3 c. flour (white or whole wheat)
1 c. whole cranberries
1/2 to 1 c. nuts and coconut
1 c. apricots

Cream together butter and honey, then add remaining ingredients in order. Sift flour. Mix well after each addition. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour or more. Grease baking pans. Fill half to 3/4 full. Can use wax paper on bottom so won't stick, also. Check several places for doneness. Makes 2 loaves.
