BAR-B-QUED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, bread, egg, onion and salt, with a 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. Form into a loaf. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste occasionally with the sauce in the pan.
