MEAT BAR-B-Q 
2 lbs. meat (pork, beef, turkey, chicken or wild meat)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 med. green peppers
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. French's mustard
1 1/2 c. Heinz ketchup
1 1/2 c. water plus bouillon cube or 1 1/2 c. broth

Cook meat until tender, shred. Saute onions and pepper in oil. Add salt and pepper (cook about 15 minutes). Add ketchup, sugar, mustard and broth. Simmer 30 minutes. Add meat, simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve on buns.
