BAR-B-Q MEAT BALLS 
1 c. evaporated milk
3 lb. hamburger or deerburger
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix and shape into balls. Place in flat pans (cookie sheets) one layer to a pan.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 onion, chopped

Mix the sauce ingredients together until sugar dissolves. Pour over meat balls and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be kept in crock pot nicely for covered dish dinners, etc.
