CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (fryer) chicken or (6 med. chicken breasts)
1/2 inch thick in casserole of rice
1 pkg. onion soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can water

Sprinkle rice in bottom of casserole. Add chicken, onion soup and cream of chicken soup. Add water. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Bake in covered dish. If desired when serving add chopped green onions and cashew nuts on top of each serving.
