COCONUT CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream of coconut
3/4 c. flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. whipping cream
Chopped nuts (pecans preferred)

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 15 inch pan. Mix sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut and pour over baked cake. Cool completely. Put on whipped cream. Sprinkle over cake 3/4 cups coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
