LOW-FAT, LOW CALORIE SOUP MIX 
2 c. dry milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. dry onion, flaked or chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme or basil (opt.)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix thoroughly. Store in glass jar. To Use: Mix 1/3 cup mix and 1 cup water, heat until thickened. Use whenever soup is called for in a recipe. May add mushrooms, chicken, celery, etc. to meet ones desired flavor.
