MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
Yellow or white cake mix
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

TOPPING:

1 lg. box instant coconut pudding
#2 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
8 oz. Cool Whip

Beat all ingredients for cake until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix pudding, pineapple and oranges. Add Cool Whip. Spread on cool cake.
