MANDARIN DREAM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 4 greased 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and spread topping between layers and on top of the cake.

TOPPING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice

Mix all ingredients together, spread between layers and on top. Refrigerate.
