CARROT CAKE AND CREAM CHEESE
ICING
 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots

ICING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 box 10X sugar

Mix ingredients in one large bowl. Grease and flour 3 round layer pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let cakes cool in pans before icing.

ICING: Let cream cheese and butter soften. Cream the two. Add remaining ingredients.
