CATHEDRAL WINDOWS 
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs, well beaten
10 1/2 oz. colored miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Powdered sugar

Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler. Cool. Beat in eggs. Fold in marshmallows and nuts. Divide mixture in half and place on waxed paper which has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll mixture into logs, using the waxed paper as a wrapper. Chill several hours. Slice to serve.
