CHILE CHEDDAR SPREAD 
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. diced green chiles
Assorted crackers

With mixer on medium speed, blend cheeses, butter, steak sauce, and mustard. Stir in chiles until well combined. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve as a spread with crackers. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
