1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. soft butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. baked ham, thinly sliced
Spreadable Cheddar cheese
1 dozen hamburger buns

Blend together the first 4 ingredients and spread this mixture on hamburger bun. Then spread Cheddar cheese. Place 2 slices of ham between the buns. Wrap in foil and heat 25 minutes in a 325 degree oven. You can use more ham. Makes approximately 1 dozen sandwiches.
