MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz.) jar of salsa 1 pkg. flour tortillas 2 c. Cheddar cheese Brown beef; drain well. Combine soups and salsa. Mix 1 1/2 cups of that sauce with beef. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Layer bottom with tortillas; add beef and remaining sauce. Cover with more tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes uncovered. |
