MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Grated cheese

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain meat and add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Mix well. Line large casserole bowl with tortillas. Cover with grated cheese and layer of meat; repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
