MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Tortilla chips
2 (3 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
1 lb. sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Cooked beef mixture
Tortilla chips

BEEF MIXTURE:

2 lb. ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped

Brown in skillet ground beef and onions. Set aside. Layer 7 ingredients in order listed above into 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
