MINI CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. half and half
2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. mini chocolate chips

FROSTING:

4 oz. milk chocolate bar

Cream sugar and butter, half and half. Add all remaining ingredients. Spray mini muffin pan with Pam. Fill muffin pan almost full and bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool before taking out of tin. Turn upside down and frost with melted chocolate bar. Makes about 44-48 muffins.
