CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or 1 lg. bunch fresh
1 c. sliced cooked chicken or 3 breasts cooked and boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded sharp process cheese

Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Arrange stalks in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice, pour over chicken. Srpinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until throughly heated. Serves 6 to 8.
