BEEF RING 
2 lb. ground beef
1 cup prepared stuffing mix
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1½ tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Combine and blend all ingredients. Pack into a greased 9-inch ring mold.

Bake in 350°F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. Gently remove meat from mold and place on platter; fill center with mashed potatoes.

Makes 6 servings.
