MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 MILKY WAY® bars 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 c. chopped pecans Melt together the candy bars and 1 stick butter. Set aside. Cream together remaining stick butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Add flour, soda and buttermilk. Mix together with melted candy adding nuts. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. ICING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 1 stick butter 1 c. marshmallow creme 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Bring sugar, milk and butter to boil. Then, stirring constantly, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Cover the cake with icing, then pour the rest on a buttered dish. After cooling, slice for candy. |
