PINEAPPLE CRUSH CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 can Mandarin oranges and juice
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil

Mix ingredients by hand.

Bake at time and temperature given on box.

Frosting:

1 large carton Cool Whip
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix ingredients by hand until pudding dissolves. Spread on top of cake. Make sure pineapple is drained well or Cool Whip will get runny.
