16 oz. can chili beans
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. tomato catsup
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar

Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or microwave on high for 10 minutes.
