PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. pinto bans, cooked, drained and chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, syrup, vanilla and beans. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 1 hour in a 350 to 375 degree oven. TASTES LIKE PECAN PIE!
