CHICKEN SALAD DELUXE 
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken, cooked, cubed thin & sm., chilled
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. drained pineapple cubes
1/2 c. quartered maraschino cherries (opt.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. drained mandarin oranges
1 c. quartered grapes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar

Combine chicken, celery, oranges, pineapple, cherries and grapes. Combine other ingredients to make dressing. Pour over chicken mixture, toss gently. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. NOTE: Chopped apples may also be used.
