CHILI & BEANS 
2 lb. lean hamburger
2 cans Van Camp kidney beans or 1 lb. bag of dried pinto beans, cooked
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. chili powder
6 dashes hot sauce
Salt
6 c. hot water

Brown meat with chopped onion; drain if needed. In large pot put meat and all other ingredients; stir well. Bring to boil, turn heat to simmer and cook for at least 2 hours. The longer the better, do not add more water. Serve with saltine crackers.
