CHICKEN WITH RICE 
Chicken (breasts, legs, thighs)
Olive oil
Onion
Garlic clove
Rice
Peas
Water
Salt
Paprika

Brown chicken in 3-4 tablespoons olive oil. Take chicken out. Brown chopped onion and garlic clove in oil. Stir in 1 cup rice, salt and 2 1/2 cups water. Lay chicken in, paprika and pepper. Bake 25-30 minutes at 250-300 degrees. Sprinkle peas in for another 10 minutes. Note: This cooks best in a non-stick covered electric skillet.
