MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
6 flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. water
1 packet taco seasoning mix
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
10 oz. shredded Monterey Jack
Fritos, for garnish on top

Brown hamburger with some onion. Drain off fat. Add seasoning, water, paste and sauce. Microwave 8 minutes at 50% power. Mix sour cream and egg together. In 9 x 11 inch casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat and sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 12 minutes at 50% power. Cover with fritos.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
