CHINESE PORK 
A Sweet and Sour main dish.

2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 c. unsweetened, drained pineapple chunks

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork and cook about 5 minutes or until browned. Cover and cook 20 minutes, during LAST 10 minutes of cooking add onion.

In small bowl: combine cornstarch, salt and pepper and vinegar; add to meat. Stir and add green and red peppers. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes, remove cover and stir in pineapple and cook 5 minutes longer. (You can use steak chunks instead of pork.)
