1 lb. ground round
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. can milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 2 quart bowl mix above ingredients. Cut in half, lengthwise 2 brown and serve French bread 9" to 11" loaves. On cut side of each half loaf spread 1/4 meat mixture covering to the edge. Place on baking sheet, crust side down. Bake about 25 minutes or until meat is cooked to your liking. During the last 5 minutes of baking, top with grated cheese or strips of cheese.
