1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Sliced cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. catsup
11-inch or 6-inch brown and serve rolls

Cut the uncooked rolls in half lengthwise. Mix all other ingredients together. Put equal portions of beef mixture on cut side of rolls. Spread evenly. Place on cookie sheet and bake near center of 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until beef is done. During last 5 minutes of baking, place strips of cheese on top of beef mixture.
