12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans

You may substitute 1 package frozen strawberries, if desired.

Blend together Cool Whip, Eagle Brand milk, and cream cheese. Then add pineapple. Fold in lemon juice and pecans. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts and chill.
