PORK CHOP & POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 med. sized potatoes
4 or 5 boneless pork chops
5 oz. American cheese
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion

Peel and slice potatoes and onion and spread evenly in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with cheese slices. Brown pork chops and add to casserole dish. Mix flour with milk and pour over all. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
