PORK CHOP AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
5 pork chops
1/2 med. onion

Butter casserole dish. Slice potatoes, then add onion and season. Lay pork chops on top. Spread soup on top of seasoned pork chops and add a can of water. Cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
