CHESS PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg yolks slightly; combine sugar, flour, and meal. Add to beaten eggs with remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until filling has set. Cool; top with meringue, using 2 tablespoons sugar per egg white. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or 425 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
