CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. chicken rice entree of your choice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Boil chicken breasts for 45 minutes. Prepare rice as directed, when rice is ready to serve, add 1 can cream of chicken soup. Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Add chicken soup, rice mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
