4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk

Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into greased pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
