PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 graham cracker pie shell
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

With mixer blend cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. By hand, fold i n the Cool Whip. Spread mixture into graham cracker pie crust.
