SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
2 tbsp. Williams Chili seasoning
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

In saucepan or Dutch oven cook ground beef, onions and garlic until beef is brown and onions are tender (about 5 minutes). Stir frequently. Drain off excess fat. Stir in undrained crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, chili seasoning and sugar. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot meat sauce over hot cooked spaghetti. Makes 5 to 7 servings.
