SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
1 c. onion, chopped
Garlic to taste, minced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (4 lb. 6 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown beef, onion and garlic; pour off fat. Stir in all other ingredients except cheese. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir in cheese and serve over noodles.
