SPANISH RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or ground turkey, brown & drain
2 onions, chopped
4 sticks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 big can tomato juice
1 lg. can tomatoes, cut up
1 c. cooked rice
Salt & pepper

Brown meat with onion, celery and bell pepper. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
