BERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries (or other topping - see below)
1/2 pt. sour cream

In large bowl mix milk, lemon juice, vanilla; stir with electric mixer. Add cream cheese in chunks. Blend until smooth. Add sour cream; mix thoroughly. Pour into cracker crust. Chill. Top with favorite topping such as:

Cranberries
Cherry pie filling
Blueberry pie filling
Strawberries, etc.
