MELTING MOMENTS SHORTBREAD 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together flour, cornstarch and sugar. In large bowl mix at medium speed of mixer, butter. Then add flour and vanilla, beat until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into one inch balls.

Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with floured fork. Bake in 300 degree oven 20-25 minutes until edges are brown. Store in tightly covered container.
