BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat well. Combine the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt. Beat together. Add the chocolate chips and stir in. Fill muffin tins 1/3 full of chocolate mixture. Dump heaping teaspoon of white batter in center of chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Freeze well.
