HARD CANDY 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water

Mix and cook to 300 degrees, hard crack. Add coloring and 1/2 teaspoon of oil flavoring of choice. Pour into pizza pan or thin pan, well greased. Wait about 2 minutes or until it can be cut without stringing. (I use a pizza cutter.) Cut into small pieces, almost immediately break apart. Dust lightly with confectionery sugar to keep from sticking.
